What do you think of this book written by a former Christian who gradually turned against Jesus after finding out he was of a Jewish descent?

It's well regarded among the readers judging by the rather positive reviews. Unfortunately, my knowledge of the Bible is somewhat poor and I haven't found any article on the internet confronting his views with the views of believers in Jesus.

Thanks, I'll check the book out. On the face of it, turning against Jesus because he had a Jewish connection seems kind of retarded, but I'll see.

I will take a look, seems that you have put effort in. Will you do something about Orthodox Christianity at some point, or are you strictly limiting it to your beliefs?

I'm mostly posting my own beliefs that I don't have to research at the moment. I'm not sure whether researching particular churches is really within the scope of things, but maybe later.

This would take some research, but the divergence between Catholic doctrine and the Christian bible might attract some attention. There are still people who think Catholics are Christian, and it would be an eye-opener for a number of readers.

I intend to do a post most days. The good thing about the topic is that there are a potentially limitless amount of topics, but does anyone have any suggestions?

I suggest posting a link to each blog post here for discussion. You might also post links in Christian subs.

at some point I would hope to be able to monetise the blog.

"No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money."

-- Matthew 6:24

I would modify this to say "You cannot serve both God and money IN THE SAME PROJECT."

Do you mean post separate threads for each blog post? If I'm doing daily posts it might clog the sub a bit. As to the Christian subs, perhaps the search function isn't working but the only ones I can find are as dead as a doornail.

Yes it might be too much for this sub. I suggest /s/Christianity. It isn't very active because there are no good posts there, but it has many subscribers and is included in /s/all so many people should see your posts there.
