What he did in his example is SaaS. Future SaaS will all be based on connecting AI to useful interfaces. He must have given AI access to hotel prices and availability. He could have added access to maps to map the hotels. Etc. These new AI-based SaaS will kill the old SaaS. So there are programming opportunities here.
