The word genocide has a specific meaning.

Stating a war and then losing it is not genocide.

So you're trying to say that the definition is not valid if they say "this is a war" before the killing? That's the most retarded thing I've heard on the subject so far. That's even more retarded than people claiming Hamas started this after it was Isrealis who stormed the mosque days earlier.

It still doesn't fit the definition.

They aren't killing people based on their ethnic group.

They aren't separating out gazan palestinian muslims from the gazan population and killing them in particular.

There is no way that this is genocide unless any war is also classed the same way.

And Israel didn't storm a mosque. A group of Jewish civilians attempted entry to a mosque in Jerusalem in the site of the ruined temple to perform a ritual. All Jews are banned from the site just because they are Jews.

This in no way could have had anything to do with the Hamas offensive, which was planned for a couple of years previously.

So can you explain how you sent retarded?
