Great idea, but last I checked, something like 30% of Saidit's traffic was via Indian IPs. So banning IP ranges is a non-starter for m7. I suppose we need more mods. BTW: you should meet Darshan Hiranandani.

Freeing up the site traffic and get rid of annoying Hindispam? Sounds like a win-win.
