Were those parties collaborationist? That would be enough justification in times of war.
Neo-nazi's gonna neo-nazi.
I know this can be compared to restrictions of the press in other countries, but in this case it's a temporary measure, to 'combat' Russian misinformation. All countries at war have always tried to limit their opposition's misinformation campaigns. It's part of warfare. This would not happen in peace time, and will end if and when the war ends. It's a necessary move, and more important now that information wars are so wide-spread.
"I'm banning all opposition to my policies for the greater good" -every dictator that has ever existed
"Let's limit our opponent's propaganda because it will prolong the the war and destroy the lives of millions more" - EVERY WAR IN THE HISTORY OF WARFARE (Don't be so damn dense, package, especially for the sake of supporting Putin's war crimes, FFS!)
