    I'm saying this is both illegal and super sketchy. If you think about it: druggies give hookers prescription pills in exchange for sex; this could be a similar situation.

    I don't see how my point wasn't obvious, to be honest.

    The difference is that this involves minors. With adults (hookers) they at least have some chance of being able to make an informed choice of their own agency.
