I never understand when I see these videos how you do not hold the hand of your youngest child who doesn't understand cars and danger. These idiots should be neutered after terrible incidents like this. They should not be allowed to ever have kids again. This is the parents fault. They are assholes.

I'm pretty sure that 10 years old is old enough to understand the dangers of running into traffic.
