Damn this was like straight out of a movie. I wonder if that arm wave was an attempt to get help or just an involuntary spasm. Also how THE FUCK did his co-worker not notice?!

likely a wave for help

considering that the electric current flows from his right arm down to his legs, all the muscles in the way would be in contract ( hence how people can't ungrasp ) his left arm was pretty much free, but the commands from his brain would still get interfered by the shocking currents
