This isn't a black and white situation, no pun intended. No, the cop shouldn't have shot, but it was a perfectly understandable mistake. And lets not forget, as always, the victim was not 100% innocent, he was running from police, with a firearm in hand, at 2am. If this is you, expect to get shot. Maybe he didn't play enough GTA.

And at the end of the day, the cop will be exonerated.

It wasn’t a perfectly understandable mistake when the dude had his hands up with no gun when he was shot. He dropped the gun.

The dude complied and still got shot. He did what all these trumptards did and still was murdered. Yes, MURDERED.

It was less than a second til they fired. At least with other shootings it took them a good 5 sec. they just blasted off instantly. It’s ridiculous.

They were chasing him for a while. He had shot bullets before. The cop saw him turn around with a gun in his hand, so he shot.
