    It was self defense. 13yo kid was firing his weapon elsewhere with a 21yo at 2:30am. cops tracked him down. he runs and simultaneously tosses the gun to put his arms up but that was too late. cop saw the motion with the weapon and fired. dont be 13 out at 2:3am shooting and resisting cops with a parent who doesnt give a fuk.

    “Resisting” where the hell was he resisting he threw the gun and had his hands up.

    he was shooting his weapon. cops called. he ran when they found him. he did not comply with requests. thats resisting. did you even watch the vid? i did.

    Resisting arrest in this case is running from the cop.
