If my grandma had wheel she would be a bike. Lets fortify everywhere with stone wall and spike and hold nobody accountable for mistake. Its tragic for the guy but it look strongly like the guy saw a great opportunity to make money on the death of his wife.

Hospitals and the mafia that runs them are for-profit moguls. A barrier of bollards would have saved a life; he's in the right to be upset and seek compensation.
