I'm no cop but I find it slightly strange that they both just lightly kick him after he collapses then back off. I understand they were checking he was dead and wasn't a danger but there seemed to be no urgency whatsoever.

One on the left was kicking the knife away in case the guy was still conscious, so that’s something
