Like others have pointed out it might be fake. I think so because:

  1. The screams. They sound almost cheerful. Too in sync and flat to be expressing real horror.
  2. People are just too chill, especially the random policeman.
  3. The body lacks angularity.
  4. He falls head first, arms doing nothing. That's unusual.
  5. The point of impact is 3 or 4 meters away from the edge of the building. That's quite the powerful dive.
  6. Conveniently emptied area.
