Why are there so many people watching this racing shit?

Looks like they raced on a normal public road too.

A horrible way to go but honestly I can't help but be glad he is not endangering innocent people anymore. I would have wished him a quicker, easier death though.

A Hazard is a bad thing that can happen. Risk is likely hood of a bad thing happening. Street racing obviously increases risk. There are a million car accidents a day. We can not eliminate the hazard (cars). All we can do is manage the risk (you).
