I expected this to be some guy having a loud party in his pre-win house, which could be a bit annoying for the neighbours, especially if they'renot invited. Seems it's a festival on his estate, and sounds like a good time. The more things available for people to go to without a "corporate vibe" the better. Seems like a pretty good use of the good fortune.
