If there were only FtMs and no MtFs, the whole gender thing would just be a sad joke and wouldn't even register in the culture war. Women like this need the MtFs to legitimize their struggle.

I'm fairly confident most of the gay male world still doesn't treat FtMs as anything but abused deluded women. Men aren't socially manipulable by women when they don't want to fuck them. Sure you'll get a narcissist like the one in the post above once in a while but I think even this guy is either fucking lying for attention or just not gay.
