I'm seeing so much misinfo about it and a lot of people making up lies or calling her transphobic and evil.
Listen to the science unless it disagrees with me, then we go along with what I think or you're all evil and want to harm every trans child.
Honestly it's genuinely unhinged when I've seen comments saying things like the entirety of multiple countries are transphobic for pausing puberty blockers. There's no consideration for the fact that these places will have looked into it independently and come to the same conclusion. I don't see someone who is in that much of a chokehold over it changing their opinion anytime soon because they're so consumed by it.
It has rather shown up the hypocrisy of the “trust the experts” “believe the science” crowd.
Sort of facsinating how fast the opinion turns when they don't get to use it as one of their 'I'm morally correct' bludgeons.
Feels like they aim to make it hard to have a reasonable conversation on it by labelling anyone who does want to look into it (like this report) as Transphobic in an attempt to shut it down and that anyone that disagrees with them is an evil bigot rather than what they actually are which is mostly concerned about people and worried that the treatment they're suggesting is going to cause more harm than good.
This is symbolism. Cassandra gave true Prophecies but wasn't listened to.
Except Cass is actually having a major effect. The NHS shut down puberty blockers and social transition, the government is looking to block the private clinic loophole and the Labour Party vowed to implement all the recommendations of Cass.
The foreign reaction, from the US and Canada is interesting to me, the Canadians seem to have doubled down. Be interesting to hear if the US government has made any announcements about it.
If you look at this Hillary Cass person, it's obviously a man. So I think this is symbolism like with Joe Rowling. Weird Freemason ritual shit. The report recommends more studies, I bet they'll do that and magically they'll find that trans shit is good.

To be expected, Cass pretty much proves that the people who supported the idea of “Trans kids” and their medicalisation were not only just wrong, but promoting child abuse.
The people who have gone all in are going to struggle with that.
