A while back there was a FOIA sheet that came out, illustrating the cell towers either beaming thoughts into people's heads, or flat out controlling them
I think this is already happening. We're living in the times of idiocracy, everything is upside down and backward. This could explain the crazy beliefs & behaviors of people today?
