Thanks for sharing, I found it interesting. This seems to be the direction U.S. cities are headed in, and it's going to get worse before it gets better. Even in my smallish city in the Midwest, all of the new developments are unaffordable luxury apartments, it's ridiculous. Meanwhile homelessness gets worse and worse.
