Pure histrionics. How does upholding Title IX punish lesbians, gays, or bisexuals? It doesn't. Nor does upholding Title IX punish TransIdentifyPersons. It states SEX segregated facilities and activities exist, and should exist, for a reason: SEX is a class which has been, and is being, used for oppression and harassment.
