They try so hard to be a part of the LGBTQ+ community like it's some sort of 'club' that holds a higher social status compared to people who aren't members.

EDIT: Spelling.

If it wasn't so self absorbed and hurtful to our experiences, I'd feel really bad, because when you're young you really want to belong to something, and now people get praised for being LGB or trans or whatever, so I can really see the appeal if you're lonely and alienated.

Being a well-adjusted person who values relationships makes you “gay” now?

When we don't even need to make jokes about them, just repost, as they are already a joke.

I can only be together with a person I feel strong bonds too, and need a lot of time as well. Am I demi-lesbian now?

Had a straight friend years back who called herself demisexual and when she explained it to me I was like, “um.... isn’t that how people usually get romantic feelings for someone?” Cause I was gay but I sure as hell only wanted to be with someone I wanted to be friends with.

Why do they even need to tell their friends about it? The only reason I come out to anyone is because it's impossible not to without being evasive about my personal life. They don't need to know the fine detail of my attraction to boyfriends lol.

I guess a good portion of religious folk are demisexual lol

I am semi-bisexual. Or also just straight.

That’s just, literally being straight. Apparently, if you want to have marriage and THEN have sex then, BOOM! you Are gay! What the fuck
