To avoid the ban evasion rule, couldn't someone just claim an old abandoned incel sub?

They're searching for every incel related subreddit. My theory is that people from AgainstHateSubreddits are trying to pose as incels to find where other people have left to. Also it's now risky to use incel related language on reddit, since they'll probably search it up to find what subs are using it.
