Well the "great tool for eugenics" is an antibiotic that is extremely common, and often for trivial things like acne.
In my opinion the situation is quite dire: https://old.reddit.com/r/worldpolitics/comments/a4yeq0/since_there_are_no_rules_here_i_might_as_well_use/

It's possible. There are definitely harmful affects associated with antibiotics.
Vaccinations are far worse in my opinion. Newborns receive the hepatitis B vaccine at birth.
I've never known anyone with hepatitis b, so it seems inconceivable to me that a new born would need to immediately receive this. That's just scratching the surface of the vaccine risks.

You're misinformed about vaccines. You have a tremendous amount of information at your fingertips via a simple web search. Use that instead of making ignorant guesses.

Would you be surprised to learn that in 2016 the US Supreme Court ruled that vaccines are unavoidably unsafe?

That's a misleading statement on your part.
You have to look at the rates of vaccine injury vs rates of injury from the diseases the vaccines protect against. You also have to look at the severity of the injuries.
I think the science backing the gut microbiome as the causative factor is the strongest: https://old.reddit.com/r/HumanMicrobiome/wiki/intro#wiki_autism.3A
Though the gut microbiome also impacts vaccine efficacy & immune system: https://old.reddit.com/r/HumanMicrobiome/wiki/immunesystem

It is not a misleading statement.
Well, in the previous link the govt admitted that that estimated that 1% of vaccine injured families reported the injury.
By that account, the actual damages awarded should be closer to $400,000,000,000. Almost half a trillion dollars.
A silent epidemic of unreported damage.
A multi billion dollar industry is keeping the lid on the facts. Most people implicitly trust doctors. It would take overwhelming evidence to change that belief. Half a trillion worth of unrecognized damages would probably have many families outraged.
That is why Facebook and other media are desperately suppressing this information movement.
Big money is spent on advertising in spite of shrinking audiences...
The media is effectively paid off.
