I love that she's complaining about the mother in law asking about the baby. It kinda makes sense that she wants to be a man, because this kid might well be in for some very, stereotypically, "manly" mothering.

LOL, looks like the acronym FTM has confused you. Outside of Genderland, it stands for First Time Mother or First Time Mum.
