It's clearly the opposite of misogynistic. In fact, Nicki Minaj actually says, "I don't cook, I don't clean" despite having a wedding ring. She is clearly confident in her sexuality. She also is stating that obvious, she learned how to trade WAP for material things (e.g. a car). I think Minaj and Cardi would disagree vehemently that the song is about hating women--it's just not.

But its misogynistic in the sense that these women are being paid to sell their bodies, almost all the views are from men and they are not watching it for the music...

That's not in accord with the definition of misogyny. The definition says nothing about trading sex for things of value--only hating women.
