One of the main ideas behind this project is:
Beat censorship which more or less equals in beating cloudflare on the white web.

If I begin using TOR won't police and government agencies immediately think I am doing something illegal?

Who gives a fuck what they think. Maybe not in your country but in mine they need probable cause to get our equivalent of a subpoena or warrant. And their is no mass-data-aggregation allowed so far in EU, afaik.
I had two charges dismissed because their discovery couldn't decrypt shit so they had to return my hard drive and usb sticks (six months after: these ass-holes. I'm quite sure they tried every shit they had). But i got to admit that my lawyer is quite the pit-bull in criminal law. As i'm very patient with actual encryption.
I actually am in two conflicts with our law on two other occasions right now. And since i actually am an algebraic, i don't fear them. The couldn't even waterboard shit out of me. Because no one actually into algebra uses passwords you can remember. Or could you recite an 8kb long key ?
I don't know how this is on your continent though. NSA grabs every shit they can get from metadata linking it trough a giant meta-data-search-engine and fumbling and stumbling through it since about 20 years now.
That is why i never post any of my actual Haskell code. I don't have any proof if it actually achieves what it should. Because i only got a very closed circle of three persons to look at it.
And then you got the FBI instigating you as mass-murderer terrorists or something on MSM before they even got any insight, what you actually did whatsoever.
When writing with me about encryption i know only two other guys i trust since now for over ten years.
But maybe you're rather right: In five-eyes countries you shouldn't try this shit at home. Because they rather throw you into Guantanamo before admitting that your the better mathematician before the 23000 they employ.
You need a certain attitude to go through with this. I don't know if you have it. But i'm half German half Danish. More i won't post on this one.
Afaic: If they try to shoot or poison me: All my research is dead for about 200 years.
Because i am into symmetric multi-dimensional encryption with a salt you on your continent won't find.

Thanks. You don't post any of your Haskell Code and I say as little as possible about my location. It's probably not where you think though. You answered my question thoroughly.
