This reminds me of the Asian gangs in the UK that prostituted white minor British girls. There were several cities where the practice was endemic, and every time an official investigation was launched, a judge or govt. official would shut it down. How much you wanna bet they were users of said prostitution services?

I don't know all the details about the Louisville case, but if I lived in the UK I would be organizing people to kick those traitors out of office, and into jail. And the Asian gangs would get a visit.
