They still likely treat other women in their lives horribly. Like their co-workers, mothers, sisters, women they pass by in public, etc. If they are in any position of power, it is dangerous and harmful for the women in their lives. If they have a manager position, are in the medical or mental health fields, or are in politics especially. It will affect the way they see and treat women in their lives regardless of if they are aware of it.
