Something a little odd there. Belt goes over, she drops, but then her feet and legs just do nothing. There's no kicking, no struggling... I'm not confused about her passing out. Totally cutting off blood and air that tightly, it doesn't take long for the body to lose strength, but usually there's a bunch of twisting, kicking, squirming. That sort of thing.
