I believe being offended is inversely correlated to the mental capacity of the individual.

It is the lack of realization that the particular meaning of a word, the perceived intention of the author, and the consequent reaction, occurs inside of the mind of the interpreter. Once it becomes clear that this is exclusively under one's own control, it becomes obvious there is no reason to put yourself through unpleasant feelings.

If these reactions feel outside of one's own control, it follows the mental capacity is not there yet. However I believe most people can learn this. It's all in the mind.

I'm all for stripping all the powers away from the government, but that is not what these protests are about, they are about using state power against the people they don't like. That would be the logical consistent thing to do. If you think gender can be anything, then there is no point to transitioning... but if there is no point to transitioning then they lose their victimhood card. This is the core contradiction of the movement. Is gender fluid, then no need to transition... if you feel like you're in the wrong body, then you are accepting there are two genders and you want the opposite one.

The reality is you get one body, and even if you "transition" IT IS THE SAME BODY. This is all a linguistic game of changing definitions and emotionally blackmailing the general population that can't think beyond the surface of any issue.

I'm sympathetic towards people with mental struggles, but this is absolutely a social and even MENTAL contagion. Yes, I think this is literally a kind of mind virus, that may even CAUSE people to feel dysphoria (and therefore become trans). I'm not pulling this out of my ass, there is a lot evidence from historical social contagions to hypnotism and how the brain is VERY susceptible to suggestion and subliminal messaging. Kids are obviously more susceptible to this, and as any other virus would do, this mental virus will seek to replicate and will look for the path of least resistance.

And BTW, what is wrong with people in general that they glaze over this issue like fucking zombies? There is no such thing as "wrong" body... but there clearly is such a thing as wrong mind or wrong thoughts that don't reflect reality. We get the body we get, but our minds are malleable and incredibly unreliable on so many levels.

It's worse than that, they don't want anyone intervening and forcing them to get help. They enable their downward spiral and then get surprised something horrible happens (IF there is a white person involved, otherwise no one cares, as usual).

The same people who are crying now, are the ones that don't want to force these crazy people on the street to get help. They think that enforcing the law is somehow cruel, yet to leave them outside and stew in their insanity is somehow the morally right thing to do. They are a danger to themselves, they have no sense of rational thinking and therefore a huge risk to themselves and everyone else. To leave them alone is a guarantee something like this will happen, yet when it does happen people act surprise and act like they all of a sudden care about this person's life.

Sounds right. In the near future only creativity will remain for the most part a human domain. Even if AI can produce pictures, movies and games, we'll need artists to ultimately create a compelling product. This is not the case with most white collar industries though. I think it's possible we'll see everyone creating their own company and making their own products.
