The admin of this website (magnora7) set "attack mode" settings for Cloudflare because he believes that helps against spammers (which is debatable, but that's how it is for now). "Error 403" means you passed Cloudflare check too long ago (from experience that's ~1-5 minutes for different people).

My way to go is to write comment/post, open random page (for example /s/all) in another tab to trigger a Cloudflare check, and then click "save"/"submit" in original tab immediately after passing check. Kind of annoying, but such is life :(

Do you understand that there are orders of magnitude more people (hundreds of thousands) fleeing in the opposite direction? Or that in Russia you can be jailed/fined for calling war in Ukraine a "war"?

I think RT is mostly oriented on Western audience, I'm not even sure there is video content in Russian (there's a Russian section on rt.com though).

What you probably miss is that a lot of things is banned/blocked in Russia, so if banned content is on Rumble, and Rumble doesn't remove/geoblock it, then the whole Rumble gets blocked (and that's how it works with any website except hugely popular ones like YouTube, Google and Telegram).

I think YouTube is not blocked by political decision because it's too popular, videos are blocked only if YouTube itself geoblocks them for Russia (Russian censors can't block individual URLs on HTTPS websites, the whole website or nothing).
