Contrary to the claim implied in the question, Churchill also makes reference to the deliberate mass murder of around 6 or 7 million people in his WW2 memoires. The reference is made quite early in “Gathering Storm”. He also makes reference to the slaughter of Jews by “scientific” means in his later book, “Triumph and Tragedy”. He makes a reference to the primary source you posted. a common theme amongst Holocaust deniers. They also refer to the memoirs of Eisenhower and De Gaulle, whilst failing to recognise that there is no reason why either should make a direct reference to the Holocaust as neither men ever set foot in Poland or the occupied areas of the USSR at the time. Neither men mentioned the battle of Okinawa. Are we to assume that event never took place either?
