Lower income women are less conscientious and care less about the future. Conscientiousness correlates to martial rates. They want immediate pleasure, whereas high conscientious women are thinking “okay i might have kids with this guy… is he really going to love me and take care of our children?”

In my opinion, it's more like a power imbalance thing.

"Okay, this guy can provide for me and be a good dad(but not a good lover for me ew!) for my future children(probably from a high value men aka chad), and if he's falter(fall out of line) than I'll threaten divorce, if he don't shape up, than i do it than find me a better partner(hopefully i can elope with chad if he can provide for me at the time of divorce, if not, than i find another dad).

It's a mirror of the rich normie at best guy with an attractive lady that can't make money independently/externally from the relationship for some reason or another.

Both situations can be wonderful for the weaker side, but that would put luck as a factor. Which is unreliable.
