Thanks for the heads-up. Apparently username mentions don't work that way.

Right. You're not satisfied with 99.99999% of the people here having the exact same opinion; it's very important to seek out and stone the one heretic in public.

If all you wanted was my opinion, you could have continued the exchange in question, or asked me in a private message. We had a cordial relationship until now. But it seems what you want is a crowd behind you.

Thank you for your invitation, but I decline to participate in your struggle session. You people have a lot more in common with the Democrats you hate than you realize.

puppet for the owners of the managerial class

That does make more sense, though you'd probably have to go with "owners of the owners" to get to the WEF level, right? I wonder if he fluffed the line, or if he meant something other than what you and I would mean by "PMC." Well, anyway, I'd guess normie Republicans were happy enough with the "puppet" part.

Glenn reviewed Nikki Haley's sudden riches back in August:

Nikki Haley was outraged by Vivek Ramaswamy's suggestion that she was owned by corporate interests.

But after her stint in the Trump Administration, Haley's strained financial situation suddenly turned around—amassing a small fortune from the likes of Boeing & Barclays.

She doesn't seem to be doing too well after he torched her again tonight.

Was anyone else even on the stage

Cernovich

Vivek’s dominating performance in the debates show the GOP base is NEVER EVER GETTING BACK TOGETHER with the neocons.

Haley's comeback (?) gets ratioed by the baffled. Vivek graciously reposts it for her, because he's a gentleman and a scholar.

Megyn Kelly

I don’t get it

Can anyone tell me what on earth this is supposed to mean?

What are heels for ammunition and why did she think this would be received as clever?

Amanda Milius

Ok I’ll do one.

Hayley: (entire strategy) “DID YOU KNOW IM A WOMAN”

Ma’am you refer to this fact more often than a non passing tranny at the mall in the Midwest. We know. You’re unbearable. Just go do something else. Anything.

Rachel Wilson

I hope you all remember the times you thought I was being mean and unfair when I said no woman president. Taking apologies now.

Dan Cluchey

It’s very important, on a presidential campaign, to have at least one person whose job it is to say — “Ma’am, this line doesn’t make any sense. It has no meaning, just from an English language perspective.”

"Have the guts to step up and be honest about who you're actually going to put up."

My message to the Democrat Party: End this farce that Joe Biden is going to be your nominee – he’s not even the President of the United States – he’s a puppet for the managerial class. He should step aside & end his candidacy now.

You realize this is the part of the movie where the villain's dangling off a cliff and begging for help and we all yell "LET HIM FALL" at the screen, right, because we can see he's clutching a gun in his free hand?

being able to say whatever the fuck you want isn't partisan

Unfortunately, everyone who advocated for that position was mocked, banished, fired, suppressed, and cancelled by the people whining about being cancelled now. I love Glenn, but he's foolishly taking up the cause of Michael Eisen, detailed in The Atlantic:

Glenn Greenwald

Just a reminder of some of the insanity that has emerged in the United States over this attack on Israel regarding restricting free discourse, and how it rivals and often surpasses some of the worst repressive measure imposed after 9/11 and the George Floyd killing:

Let's look up what Michael Eisen had to say last year:

Michael Eisen

has anyone, anywhere actually been cancelled?

And what's he saying now?

Michael Eisen

That's a fair critique. I think it's clear that what was once a good thing - the ability for individuals to speak out about abuses of power has been transformed into something terrifying - mobs that overrun institutional checks and balances.

"What was once a good thing." He's still in favor of people being silenced - just not when it happens to him.

Michael Eisen set the fire, and he's still stoking it - from the inside. I'll defend Glenn, because he's been consistent and principled. I might defend some of the vanishingly few leftists who can say the same, if I happen to be in a good enough mood to bother to verify their story.

But Michael Eisen, and everyone like him, can burn.

Yeah, though I'd push back slightly on the free speech segment, as we've discussed previously: Bill Ackman is a Democrat. This is mostly a fight between two groups who both hate me and would love to silence and/or imprison me for my opinions, so I'm not remotely inclined to defend either.

I know damn well they're snakes and I'm not taking them in.

It's flatly evil, and diametrically opposed to everything I believed growing up about the duties and responsibilities of an officer. The betrayal and abandonment that is the reality of the US military is unforgivable - which is a word I almost never use, but I do so here advisedly.

Glenn Greenwald

Thank you, Jim @Acosta, for generously reminding the Nation of the 5-year anniversary of this profoundly important moment in American history.

You, Sir, are a true journalist who paid a severe price for trying to tell the truth in America. A man of risk and conviction.

Isn't it notable -- given that it's been three full years since Trump has been President -- how nobody at CNN has any moments they celebrate where they confronted Joe Biden about anything?

Oh, please. The point is analogous: Ritter is "bravely post[ing] about how" the side he favors needs to kill the side he hates. The Bee was mocking keyboard warriors who cheer from the sidelines as other people get killed, and that's exactly the same behavior Ritter is engaged in here.

Finger-wagging Dem voter loses it on GOP poll worker in curse-laden rant

Of course, the most predictable part of this amusing little story:

The Democrat voter then approached a bystander and advised him not to be "buddy, buddy with these people because they put on a face of a good neighbor" before accusing Hurtt of being racist, supporting lynching and being "f---ing Bible-beating bigots and freaks."

"And they're not good neighbors," the man said as he finally walked away from the scene toward his Toyota Prius.

Thanks!
