Advanced civilizations must indeed be exceedingly rare.

Dinosaurs lived for a VERY long time.
They thus had plenty of time to evolve into many incredibly varied forms.
And yet no intelligent dinosaurs ever emerged.

The emergence of an advanced intelligent/scientific/technological civilization only essentially occurred once on our planet, with us.

And it was a fluke. An advanced civilization almost didn't arise at all, even from humans.
When Europeans explored the world not that long ago, some peoples still lived in the literal Stone Age.
There are still a few humans living in the Stone Age today, living essentially not unlike other great apes.

Now, plate tectonics are not what cause advanced civilizations to arise, nor is the argument that they 'crucial' for advanced civilizations at all convincing.

The conclusion that we are the only advanced civilization in our galaxy is reasonable.

Not so for this geological(?!) explanation as to why that is.

The world government will consist of transnational financial interests colluding with corrupt bureaucracies and sold-out governments.
Such governments will be working to promote the interests of these corporate cartels and against their own peoples.
In other words, the world government will not consist of the United Nations, which could arguably, being somewhat democratic, be a legitimate authority.

Ukrainians and Russians are phenotypically the same people (they look the same) ... unlike e.g. the Britons and the Pakistanis or the African-Americans and the European-Americans.

Culturally, they share a common history, both speak versions of East Slavonic and write with a Cyrillic script.

Of course, the very same sociopaths trying to force the (patently false) pretence that there are no differences between the Europeans and the Africans, Arabs, Pakistanis, etc., flooding into Europe, will here try to emphasise and stress any differences between the closely related Ukrainians and Russians.

In any case, most Ukrainians, certainly in the contested regions, actually speak Russian, many of them exclusively.

That they're killing each other is a tragedy for both.

This is being instigated by malevolent interests foreign to both Ukraine and Russia.

Books were discovered in the desert in 1945, some carbon date back thousands of years and others just a few centuries after Christ. Before the internet, these would have been very hard for the public to read, now they are free, translated, and on the internet. If you want to know the truth of this reality, the mysteries are encoded within these teachings. It takes a lot study of many more texts to truly grasp the truth, but it exists, hidden in plain site, waiting to be discovered.
