just because there wasn't a common phrase for it doesn't mean it didn't exist. get with the times, boomer; the lexicon is constantly evolving, so is science and humanities. also, they've existed a lot longer than a "few years". the concept(s) was explored in the "human sexuality" course i took over a decade ago. you ignorance doesn't equate to nonexistence of a concept/classification
