Changes in the general terms and conditions of accounts from June 1, 2024 •
We are removing the sentence referring to the online bank's viewing right from section 1.3, because the online bank viewing contracts have been discontinued in 2022 and are no longer in use. • In order to prevent abuses and incorrect payments, the bank has the right to confirm for the payment transaction, to the payer that the account holder's account number and name match received information. In addition, the account holder accepts that the bank has the right to transfer to others information related to the account and payment transactions to payment service providers. Addition of new section 1.5. •
The bank has the right to limit the use of the account or close the account if the use of the account is against the European Union or economic or other sanctions imposed by the United Nations Security Council, or sanctions, bulletins or regulations published by the authorities or other similar bodies. Update to sections 8.1 and 8.2.
