I'm OK with this. She is not a danger to anyone, or to reoffend (nobody is going to give her money again), and it will cost the taxpayers over $1 Million dollars to lock her up for a decade.
Keeping her in jail serves no one, not even as a deterrent. She made a claim any expert could have debunked and these multi-billion dollar investors did exactly zero due diligence with their investor's money ignoring their fiduciary duties. The bare minimum of their only job would have prevented this, we don't need to make an example out of her, we need to make an example out of JPMorgan Chase for criminal negligence
