I hate Gates for what he has done to the IT industry and open source.
And I find him incapable of understanding the problems of the medicine industry and its products.

Yes! How has the american/worldwide public been corralled into believing he is a global health expert? He is not remotely a medical professional, he's just wealthy, which I guess equates to all-powerful in the public hive mind.

There is also a huge problem with the medicine industry, that many "experts" do not even want to talk about.

Indeed indeed. The whole thing being profit-driven has taken the "health" out of health care in a big way. It's atrocious. Plus they are going after healthy alternatives, just in case we actually want to get better. Sigh.
