all he had to do was step out of the car. At no point his life was in danger. He just didn't want to get arrested and that doesn't stand in court for reason to kill someone.

I don't know what kind of retard you are, but he never agreed to comply, he never got out of the car, the cops gave him an order, they don't have to explain shit. Their mistake was using tasers and sprays instead of a baton and a real gun.
