because i'd like to understand the logic by which you arrived at your conclusions and the sources that brought you there. I am not an immutable being. I would also ask that you really dig into the way the whitehouse has handled this pandemic, especially as compared to other countries.

oh god, please don't tell me you're one of those people that only listen to fox. the economy has been better, but you need to separate that out from the actions of the man - first off, he's highly unintelligent, has a terrible vocabulary, and no training in politics. in four years, the man has 1. made extensive rollbacks to environmental regulations, hurting not just america but the entire planet and polluting our air and water, 2. flirted with sucking up to dictators, including praising kim jong un and putin, 3. been incredibly dishonest - see his refusal to show tax returns, 4. not read the whitehouse briefings. they are boring to him and he loses attention, so they had to cut it down to one page, then have someone read it to him. I cannot make this shit up. 5. let a pandemic get so out of control (by failure to emphasize testing and contact tracing) that america now has the worst pandemic in first the world, and entire economies are having to shut down as a result of how terribly this shitstorm virus was handled from the start of the pandemic. this man's refusal to acknowledge scientific facts has hurt us all in the short and long term 6. also recall that one time this gem of a reality star suggested we cure corona by drinking bleach? 7. and now... the entire world has lost respect for the us. Its reputation will take years to repair, and it will take a person who is educated to undo the disasters caused by this impetuous orange toddler and the poorly-researched voters who put him in office

because he's rolled back environmental regulations, all the other world leaders disrespect his obvious lack of intelligence, and he's a puppet who can be easily controlled by his rich friends, so there's no telling who's really making the decisions. also the supreme court justices he could appoint could make the courts side against women's right to choose for next 50+ years. I'm not saying the other option is great. But the orange one is a piece of shit

lol okay I see what you're trying to do, but even mentioning that idiot's name after he's fucked the environment, the poor, and the whole country in response to the pandemic, is not necessary. the whole reason the orange one got a elected is because even though he has the vocabulary of a five year old, people wouldn't stop talking about him. there are more creative ways to piss people off - like with the radical statement that people with xx chromosomes, and those people exclusively, are women, lmao. and this is coming from a gay person. the sjws get angry and take things too far, but that doesn't mean we need a hateful idiot in charge, either.

I just discovered saidit because of these ridiculous widesweeping bans. I hope more people can become aware of this site, since it seems like a place where people can express objectively benign opinions without being cancelled. Ironically, I discovered saidit from a tweet by this really rude person on twitter calling gay people who only like people of the same sex "nazis"... which is ironic, because censorship and closure of open dialogue are the very facets of an authoritarian regime.
