They're stronger and bigger physically.

They also don't have to take time off from work to gestate or breastfeed a baby (which contributes to discrimination when being hired and contributes to the wage gap - many women get paid less simply because they make the decision to take more time off for their babies).

They can put off having children until they're in their 60s or 70s, whereas women have a biological clock and have to make sacrifices during their childbearing years if they want a career or vice versa (i.e. making career sacrifices to have children).

The communism thing... I think it's because these kids want to spend all their time on their phones and the internet but they don't want to work. Communism to them would mean a universal basic income where someone else would fund everything for them (kind of like all those GoFundMes that fund surgeries). This way, they can be on TikTok or YouTube as a career. Even if they only make a few dollars from it - it would be okay, because they have the UBI paying their rent/food. All the TIMs I know still live off their parents' money even though they're in their 30s, so I've seen this play out in real life. The TIMs are "professional gamers" but when I ask how much they make from their streams, they say nothing. Mom and Dad pay for rent/food while the government paid for their surgeries. The next step is for the government to pay for everything once the parents are out of the picture. They're basically kids who never grew up and need a higher power to take care of them and coddle them.

I feel like so many of these people are navel-gazing to the point where they have no real-life skills and can't work for themselves, and they don't see anything wrong with this. They feel entitled to everything - which includes the best parts of capitalism and the best parts of communism, but none of the downsides of either.

I wouldn't put it past someone like this to outsource their fertility in this way when they realize what they've done.

Being muscular and having a good physique falls into the "personal responsibility" category. Getting fit isn't something that can be handed to you - you have to work for it, which lines up better with the conservative viewpoint of personal responsibility and working for what you have.

And I agree with what the others here say - less internet (or more restrictions), and pay attention to what's being taugh to them in school.

Also, there's a trend of "tattoo tours" on influencer youtube accounts (where they show off all their tattoos). And young people, in an effort to "catch up with the trend", will just get a bunch of random tattoos to go from having none to being covered. Understandable. I didn't mean to imply that I'd antagonize the mods, I'm sure their jobs aren't easy. It's just annoying that only certain conversations are allowed in certain spaces, and that the rules aren't necessarily applied consistently. After being censored once for a dumb reason, it just makes me less likely to engage - and I'm sure OP agrees. It's hard to have a nuanced conversation when you're removed for wrongthink. Anyway, to each their own.

I'm 95% certain it wasn't rhetorical based on the context, but your reasoning makes sense.

I wonder if I'd get my comment removed for saying birth control can lead to a higher risk of a stroke - this is in line with what I shared about abortion (I said multiple abortions can lead to an increased risk of incompetent cervix which can lead to preterm miscarriage). I wonder if they'd treat the birth control information as "restricting reproductive rights" too. Hmm, maybe I'll keep that in my back pocket and bring it up over there one day.

Still, a woman's discussion board removing (well documented) medical info about women's procedures seems scummy.

Hey, I saw your post and upvoted it, and I upvoted your censorship comment too because I thought it was bullshit that your comment was deleted. It wasn't uncivil (or whatever their excuse was).

I've been censored on Ovarit before for the dumbest reason. There was a post asking "why would people be pro-life anyway?" so I shared some reasons why people are pro-life (I've watched a lot of youtube videos about both sides), and I had my comment deleted for "sharing conservative talking points." It was like - wtf?? - the post was literally asking for the conservative position, so I shared it. And when I brought this up, they said some of the medical information was "misinformation"... okay, it wasn't (the medical info could be found on .gov sites), but if they thought it was misinformation, why not reply with reasons debunking it instead of just censoring it completely?? That's called having a civilized conversation. But no, they went the censorship route.

Anyway, they're just as guilty of groupthink and censorship as other places. This is why I prefer saidit.

Joe Biden actually talked extensively about doing this. He said trans issues would be his number one priority. I posted it on gender critical and ovarit multiple times, and yet even the women against all that still voted for him 🤦‍♀️ And when he actually put the executive order through they said "but I didn't think he'd actually do it!!1!!"

I live in Canada (where it's been called "Tranada" due to the extreme woke laws). I was worried about the US because it's the last beacon of hope standing. If the US could fight off all the woke shit, then maybe there's hope for the rest of us. And even if we couldn't change our laws, at least we could move to the US for freedom from it all.

But now that the US is giving in, I feel like it's going to be much much harder for the rest of us to reverse course because now it's normalized on the biggest scale imaginable.

Honestly, there were several things I liked (policy-wise) about Trump... the allowance of rape shelters to be women-only (if they wanted), decriminalizing homosexuality worldwide, pro-free speech, prison reform... He's also the only president in my lifetime not to start a new war.

Sometimes I feel like I live in an upside-down world when I think about the things he did compared to how hated he is. And now the dems are being praised as "a new hope" even though Parler is gone, a bunch of people I used to follow on Twitter are gone, I had to unfollow a bunch of pages on Facebook so that I don't get witch-hunted for "wrong-think", my nieces now have to change in the pool changerooms in front of men... And people are celebrating. It's a bizarre world.

And I could never say this out loud.

It's insane to me that they complained about Joe's promise to do this for weeks and now are suddenly shocked that he did it. Like... wtf did they expect? He literally said it was the first thing he was going to do.

Why are they even on Ovarit if they voted Joe in knowing he'd erase women's rights? It's mind-blowing.

It's insane that if you're a normal person who believes in science you'd pick 3... but if you're deep in gender ideology you'd pick 15.

And if you said "pick the lesbians", there should be only 2. But gender ideology would, again, pick something like ~10.

"And if you find that you’re like, ‘I don’t want to do it,’ you should go to therapy and talk about it,” Jackson added.

Over the past year I've googled maybe 8 or 9 public figures/actors that I clocked right away and wanted to double-check if they were trans. All of them were except one.... and that one ended up having their character "transed" on the show because they looked so gender-ambiguous.

This is really clear when you click on user profiles... transwomen will post in mtf, traaaaaans, actuallesbians, etc. Whereas if you click on women's profiles they'll post in television, knitting, mommit, scifi, etc.

It's almost comical how obsessed transwomen are with posting in every.single.sub meant to affirm their trans/"womanness".

I keep bringing this up on reddit and nobody ever answers me...

What happens when there's a "girldick" in a jail. Do they give everyone birth control? We know rapes happen in jail all the time, so what makes this different? Would the jail provide abortion services? Or maternity/childcare services?

People either don't answer or say "that's never happened". Sure, but it will one day...

All my friends who like unprompted hugging the most are trans, which is setting alarm bells off in my head right now. it's interesting that there's so much about hugging/touching in this quiz.

Also, music turns me on . It's interesting that music wasn't even an option for "erotic material", especially since there was so much focus on listening (e.g. recognizing voices, hearing noises from far away, etc.)
