How to deal with friendship loss due to GC views by threefingersam in GenderCritical

Lost a friend for not being willing to date transwomen...and saying women have vaginas...I’m still like in shock. Like she has hardly any real life friends and a bunch of her friends ditched her and treated her horribly. And she threw me away over my dating preferences?! I’m still flabbergasted. Edit to say: I wasn’t even fully a radfem or a “terf” yet at this point, I was still technically a libfem. Also I had a NB female friend who was okay with me not dating trans people, but my non-trans friend blocked me over it. Was really extreme

I predict this will happen...mostly because TIMs can’t get pregnant so they don’t need to worry about paying maternity leave. They can check the diversity box without actually having to hire women....

men/sex work is the number 1 cause of death of transwomen but it's being pushed the hardest to keep these people on the streets.

EXACTLY!!!! they are so concerned about black transwomen dying but want to keep them in/encouraged them into an industry where they are being killed!

she has a song called "honey" which is like a love song between two women and the video is so cute. I was a big fan a few years ago but she's popular among wlw because she's bi and did a song and video with haley kiyoko where they made out. so she's not like HUGE but like definitely on the level of like jessie reyes, normani, h.e.r, in terms of popularity. so she's decently popular.

They did reinstate them but why were they banned in the first place? I think they are working on a back up

Wow that’s rediculous. Maybe on the gender critical website the mods are creating could have sections for specific women’s health issues like PCOS and others

I like this quote: “ “Prostitution isn’t people deferring entrance to Yale while they prostitute to raise money for tuition—that’s not the reality of what it looks like,” said Nicole Bell, who worked as a prostitute after being trafficked as a teen. “We’re looking at people in poverty, people of color, people coming out of the foster care system.” It’s very soon in the article and she quickly dispels some myths and also gets people to check their privilege.

When I posted gender critical stuff here and there a lot of people argued aggressively with me and a lot of people deleted me. But also a few people liked it and said nothing....and I’m sure many more read it and thought my viewpoints made sense....I post for those people.

That’s great! Eventually people will get tired of the censorship. I know I am. People can live how they want but they can’t force us to adhere to their belief system. Material reality is material reality. It’s not transphobic to discuss women’s reproductive health!
