Why is it that on all my official documents, birth cert, license, passport etc is my name is always in CAPITAL LETTERS...always...why is that?

That document was published by the Treasury Department in order to comply with a FOI request.....its problematic in many ways....most concerning is that it suggests that Australia is a corporation operating for profit instead of representing the people....

Secondly on page 6 it says the following,

"the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia has prepared this prospectus...."

and then comes,

" The Commonwealth of Australia has not approved any...."

And from this point everything falls apart if you care to look....the UK was replaced by the Sovereign Order of Malta back in 1986.....our politicians work for the Holy See..who systemically rort the people...which is not very catholic....and then you learn how our Government registers ships ...ships that only exist on paper - wierd, actually we all have a ship - a citizenSHIP.........and everything shipping is subject (kinda not really) to Admiralty Law.....and it is not Common Law...so whats going on?
