You stumbled upon the reason why "white" people fall into the "the Jews" trap. You say, "find individuals to participate in your culture at-large", which as a statement is really ridiculously stupid for a reason that should be obvious...individuals...at large...etc. But, it still approximates the issue for many "white" people, "our" culture is demonized and marginalized. We are bombarded with ideas of "white privilege". Jews are raised to take pride in their culture, their Jewishness, and there is nothing wrong with that, except that it should never supersede assholery. If Jews are assholes, like the ones who promote the white privilege bullshit, then they should be called out as such. Not just by "others", but also by decent people of Jewish heritage, culture, piety, etc. But that rarely happens, Jews typically will not call out another Jew. It is just that way...they are raised that way and in group preference is strong. If "white" people have in group preference it is labeled as supremacy. Of course there is also those memes you refer to which show the many Jews who post about evil whiteness, then later say, "I'm not white, I'm Jewish. The leaders of media, studios, banks, porn who contribute to degeneracy in society...yep, lots are Jews, and some are white and some are other, etc...they all suck and they should all be called out by EVERY decent person. I place white and our in quotes because it is not really about those concepts at all, it is about American, freedom loving and respecting Western values. We in America welcome all who will fight with us to protect our/your liberty, we don't give a fuck about skin color or sexual orientation (keep it to yourself or at least out of my face), or religion (as long as it is not designed to destroy (force) other religions). Live and let live works until you encroach on me and my family.
