There was no backdoor funding effort to fund abortions or anti-gun measures through the hyde amendment which is reauthorized annually as apart of the appropriations bill for the Department of Health and Human Services.

The difference is "Russian bots" are manufactured in Russia for nefarious purposes, whereas covit19 doesn't belong to China or the Chinese, it originated in bats/rodents and the spread of that virus was reckless, but still incidental. The CCP needs to crack down on those "wet markets" if they want to avoid another pandemic.
