what will likely really confuse your low iq brain is that, the American govt also funds the same groups, like antifa and proud boys. they do it as a simple divide and keep conquered strategy, but they always try to keep those groups in control and reined in. russia then tries to build off that and tries to exacerbate those groups so that they might get out of the govt's control a bit, and almost always fail. and America performs the exact same strategy in Russia, and many other places.
