I can only speak for myself... I've always treated workers as real people. I never worked a retail job but have several friends who did, and I heard a lot of stories of shitty bosses and entitled customers. Even if I hadn't I would treat people properly - my parents tried not to raise an asshole.

But, some of the stories my friends told were of obnoxious, slacker coworkers who took delight in messing with customers, and who felt that it was everyone else's fault that the world hadn't given them all that they expected.

It's become a habit for me to see if they mention if and when the deceased got the jab.

Everybody's got their own idea for what constitutes a good diet, some are better than others, but I believe this person was reasonably healthy. That's why I suspect something else gave him a heart attack.

The FBI of Hoover's day was far more competent in PR and taking credit for the work of others. But they were somewhat competent at running 'agents provocateur' and false flag operations 50 years ago. Now every one starts to fall apart before their cases even reach trial.

I've ridden motorcycles for 40 years; somehow avoiding any situations where I felt it necessary to damage cars. But anyway, there was some stupid show on TV where a man and a woman in a Jeep were being chased by baddies on motorcycles, and they looked terrified. I'm thinking "The idiots are tailgating you, one slam on the brakes will take them all out at once! Why the hell are you scared!?" Probably because the scriptwriters didn't ride...

I know some people think living in a bunker will save them. But in reality, far better to move into a small town and make friends with your neighbors, share what you can, spend money in the local stores, join community organizations and a church. Because humans have always been tribal animals. One family in a bunker has to defend itself against all comers. A community, on the other hand, will defend each other.

In Pennsylvania I used to bring a book to read while I waited.

Someone in Harrisburg did something right; now I'm in and out of the local DMV office in 15 minutes, maybe 25 if there are a lot of people waiting.
