nobody ever takes me seriously when i tell them that the homeless shelters are operated by family and friends of the dope dealers..

the dope man will actually live in the shelter.. it gives to him a front seat to observe the addicts, he gets to learn who is on social security or has other sources of income, and then on that person's payday(usually the first of the month for most people) he will have someone get you high, sometimes for free, just to get you started.

the entire drug problem has gotten so out of hand that it is pretty much beyond the point of no return, meaning that things are going to become only worse and worse and worse.

soon, the dope man will have privilege to kick down your front door, fuck your daughters, and sit down to dinner with you.
