1) Some kids are genuinely confused about gender (no porn involved). These usually grow up to be gay and accept their sex.

2) About 2-3% adult men have a sexual fetish about being a woman - autogynephilia.

3) These AGPs have an enhanced experience if "everyone plays along"

4) AGPs point to children with gender dysphoria and say "see, born with it!" and promote anything to "provide gender affirming care" to children, because if they can claim "born with it" like the gay people can (AGPs tend to not be very friendly towards both women and gays), they think they can force the entire world to validate their fetish. And if the outcome is that they ruin a lot of gay kids for life, that doesn't seem to bother them.

I usually use fingers. We know 5 fingers is the default. Someone being born with 6, or who loses one and goes down to 4 are still just as human as everyone else. It doesn't matter for anything. They don't need to use a different bathroom or have special rights.
